I'd read the good reviews online and we were determined to visit! There was a 15-20 minute wait but it was worth it. Here's what you need to know: You choose your pasta, You choose your size - small 90g, medium 150g or large 180g, You choose your sauce and extras. Once seated you'll get a menu you can tick against what you want so no need to worry about speaking Italian. There was a huge queue when we arrived but it moved quickly - just make sure you put your name down and they'll call you forward when it's your turn to be seated. Primo also does takeaway if you don't want to wait. Super pleased we popped in! Two pastas, two cans of drink and two bottles of water came to €24.50 which is SO cheap in Italy!!

Absolutely loved it. Pisa was our last stop in Italy after visiting Rome and Florence and admittedly, we had the best food here. The size of the plate, the flavours and choices, the atmosphere and playlist; all was perfect. We came in at a less busy time due to our schedule but it worked out amazingly. Thanks all for a wonderful experience, will definitely visit again.

This place is clearly a favorite among both locals and tourists. I arrived around noon for lunch, and by 1 PM a long queue had already formed outside. The food is absolutely fantastic—my salmon pasta was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

Its tasty and good price pasta,except from vegetarian carbonara sauce. It was disgusting, it made me sick after 10 minutes. Other than thst sauce food is tasty and cheap. I mean pasta shouldn't a expensive thing and this place is providing nicely. Try everything but vegetarian carbonara.

We arrived at this place and saw some people waiting to get seated. It didn’t take long before we got called. We ordered some food expecting it to be alright but it turned out to be amazing. We’ve had some good pasta’s but personally for me this one has been the best until this moment. I would recommend it without hesitation.

You can’t go wrong with the house speciality, spaghetti with meatballs… everything was just right, the pasta, the sauce, the meatballs and it’s a big portion to boot. As secondo I had zucchine, very nice too. Water and coffee well priced. I will definitely go back. The staff is lovely.

The experience was good. The pasta is tasty and well-prepared. A word of caution about the portions: the menu offers three size options, and the largest one is absolutely huge! I usually eat a lot, but I wasn’t expecting such a massive serving. The price is excellent for the quantity and quality. We waited about 30 minutes to find a free table (we were 5 people), but it was worth it. The staff is professional and quick. I definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy good pasta in Pisa.

Hardworking and prompt staff. Food very nice and very big portions (even small was a lot). The tiramisu is very tasty as well. Also very affordable. Absolutely value for money!
